App Development ✦
Custom apps, built to be yours.
Internal tools, customer portals, real mobile apps — built when nothing off the shelf fits. On mainstream stacks any skilled developer can pick up, documented, and handed over. Never locked to us.
Custom-priced per project — chat for a real ballpark.

Sound familiar? ✦
The signs you've outgrown off-the-shelf.
The business runs on a spreadsheet only one person understands.
The off-the-shelf option costs $400 a month and does 80 things you don't need.
Your team types the same data into three different systems.
Customers keep calling for things they should be able to do themselves.
There's an app idea you've been sitting on for years.
The vendor behind your old system vanished — and took the code with them.
What we build ✦
If it needs a login, a screen, or a database — we build it.
Every build starts from how your business actually works, not from a template. And everything ships documented, on tech you own.
Internal tools
Inventory, scheduling, job tracking — the spreadsheet finally graduates into a system your whole team can use.
spreadsheet → system ✦Customer portals
Clients log in, see their stuff, and help themselves — instead of calling you for every little thing.
phone calls → self-serve ✦Mobile apps
Real apps on real phones — home-screen icon, notifications, the works — built with modern cross-platform tools.
idea → home screen ✦Installable web apps
PWAs that install straight from the browser — no app store, no waiting for approvals, always up to date.
browser → app ✦Ordering & e-commerce
Storefronts and ordering flows with a real back office — products, orders, pickup, delivery — that run around the clock.
browsing → buying ✦Integrations & APIs
We make your systems talk to each other — website to books to calendar — so data gets entered once, ever.
copy-paste → connected ✦Built here ✦
Apps of ours you can poke at.

Our client platform
When we needed client management, billing, hosting controls, and support in one place, we built it — a full web platform with a sign-in for every client. It's the same muscle we bring to yours.

Silverballers
A head-to-head pinball league app — schedules, standings, playoffs, and fight-night match posters. Installs right from the browser, no app store needed.

KidsChores
A chore tracker our own kids use daily — streaks, goals, and real allowance math — shipped as a signed native Android app with kid and parent logins.

What your clients see
The other side of our platform — each client signs in to their own dashboard: site health, uptime, invoices, and support, all self-serve.

Uprise RI
A full news platform with an automated newsroom behind it — ingest, research, drafting, and editorial review, plus a bill tracker and a games engine of its own.

Small first. Solid always.
Scope it honestly.
Most app ideas are smaller than they look. We find the version worth building first — and we'll tell you straight if something off the shelf is honestly the better buy.
Design the flows.
Screens you can poke at before a line of code — reviewed with you as we go, so there's never a big-reveal surprise.
Build on open stacks.
The same mainstream tech big products use — never a framework only we can maintain. Documented, tested, and yours.
Ship, then stick around.
We launch it, watch it, and keep improving it as your business changes — most clients keep us on a small care plan for exactly that.
Greg came to us highly recommended. Greg managed to build a site in a short amount of time that truly exceeded all expectations. He knows his stuff! Trust him and his vision. He will not disappoint!
Questions ✦
Good questions, straight answers.
Do you build iPhone and Android apps?
Yes — both native apps (like KidsChores, a signed Android app) and installable web apps that work on any phone straight from the browser. We'll recommend which honestly: store presence isn't always worth the extra cost.
Native app or web app — which do I need?
Usually a web app. If your users need push notifications, offline use, or a home-screen icon, a PWA covers most of it for less. True native makes sense when you need deep device features or a store listing. We'll walk you through the trade-offs in plain English before anything gets built.
What does a custom app cost?
Less than most people fear, once it's scoped to the version you actually need first. Every build is custom-priced — start a chat and you'll have a real ballpark in minutes.
Who owns the code?
You do. Everything ships on mainstream, open tech with documentation and a clean handover — code, accounts, and all. Any skilled developer could pick it up.
Can it connect to the tools we already use?
Almost always — your books, calendar, email, payment processor. Integrations are half of most builds we do, and they're usually where the biggest time savings hide.
Who maintains it after launch?
We do. Everything we ship is monitored, and most clients keep a small care plan so updates, fixes, and “can it also do this?” requests are simply handled.
Got an app idea — or a spreadsheet that's becoming one?
Tell us what you're trying to build — or escape. Chat with us or send a quote request, and you'll have a real ballpark the same business day.
