LOGO DESIGN AGREEMENT
How it Works: After receipt of online payment, we will begin work, creating at minimum the number of different logo concepts you chose at the time of purchase, using the information and specifications you provide. We will provide these concepts for your review via our web interface within 10 days, or 3 days if Rush Service was chosen. You will be asked to select your favorite design. We will then make up to the number of rounds of requested changes (revisions) you selected at purchase. A round consists of any set of changes requested at the same time. Once your logo is completed, we will furnish you the finished files per your logo package.
File Delivery: After the final logo design is approved, we will furnish the logo design to you in these formats: .ai, .jpg, .png, .pdf, and .eps.
Ownership: Provided payment has been made in full, upon design completion, a copyright ownership agreement will be furnished to you. Upon acceptance, the final logo design is transferred to you for use in any form that is beneficial to you. However, you give us the right to use the final logo and any versions of the logo created in the process for display within our printed and on-line portfolios, including promotional materials such as newsletters and advertisements. You also give us permission to use your business name, business address, and/or website URL for testimonial purposes. Remember, you are responsible for all trademark and copyright protection of your logo.
Payment: In return for this logo design, you agree to pay all applicable design charges in one payment. Full payment is required before work begins. You understand that all rights to the final logo design belong to us unless paid in full and automatically revert back to us in the event of a payment dispute. In the event of termination of this Agreement, we retain all ownership to the logo and all concepts/drafts we created, and have the right to complete, exhibit, and/or sell the logo design (without your business name).
Originality: We affirm that our logo designs are original and therefore owns the rights granted under this agreement, and that the rights granted do not conflict any other agreement.
Delays: Illness, injury, or other events beyond our control such as fire, theft, computer failure, and forces of nature may result in a delay of unpredictable length.
Termination: You have the right to terminate this Agreement if we fail to furnish the minimum number of logo concepts to you within 14 days after payment is received.
Performance Liability: The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the logo is with you. We are not liable to you or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the reproduction of, or appearance of the logo.
